This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the issues surrounding the protection of human rights in the process of combating international terrorism. It specifically examines matters of ensuring human rights through the norms established in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the role of the "Mehr" humanitarian operations conducted in the Republic of Uzbekistan in protecting human rights, preventing radicalization, and promoting reintegration into society.
