The article analyzes issues concerning the protection of human rights within the framework of digital investigations and the institution of investigative judges. Based on the norms of the Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the role and significance of digital technologies in criminal proceedings are explored. The article provides a scholarly and theoretical analysis of electronic evidence, judicial review, the powers of investigative judges, and mechanisms for ensuring human rights. Practical challenges - including issues with assessing digital evidence, protecting personal data, the formalization of judicial review, and inadequate technical infrastructure - are identified. As a result of the research, legal and practical proposals aimed at strengthening the protection of human rights have been developed.
