The article examines international standards on preventive anti-corruption mechanisms and analyzes the prospects for their implementation in prosecutorial activities. Universal and regional instruments, including the United Nations Convention against Corruption, are analyzed, along with monitoring and peer review mechanisms. The institutional role of the prosecution service in strengthening preventive functions is substantiated.
