The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the forms and types of preventive activities of the prosecutor’s offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan in combating corruption. It examines their classification by direction, object of impact, stages of prevention, and legal forms of implementation and reveals the content of supervisory and control measures, rule-making measures, organizational and coordination measures, and prosecutorial response measures.
