This article analyzes the issues of liability for the unlawful disposition of seized and attached property in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author examines the legal composition of criminal liability provided for in Article 233 of the current Criminal Code, its subjects, the connection with the “considerable damage” criterion, as well as the lack of legal regulation of liability in cases where this threshold is not reached. The article also proposes the introduction of administrative liability for the debtor or entrusted person for the concealment, loss, or damage of seized or attached property during enforcement proceedings, if such actions obstruct the execution of enforcement measures.
