The article provides a scientific and practical analysis of the legal and institutional bases for improving the system of enforcement of judicial acts and acts of other authorized bodies in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It highlights recent reforms implemented in national legislation, in particular measures aimed at preventing evasion of enforcement, ensuring the immunity of funds necessary to maintain the minimum living standard of citizens, and introducing the institution of the “Registry of Obligations.” The article also develops legal proposals for introducing artificial intelligence technologies into enforcement processes, reducing the human factor, and improving digital mechanisms that encourage voluntary compliance.
