This article provides an in-depth, multifaceted, and systematic analysis of the practical state of managing the processes of creating a new generation of textbooks in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The rapid development of the system of Presidential, creative, and specialized schools, the phased implementation of the STEAM education model, and the processes of developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of new textbook sets are examined in detail. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of management mechanisms are assessed using the results of international assessment programs (PISA-2022, TIMSS-2023), official statistical indicators, state regulatory legal documents, reports of the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions (PIIMA), and international cooperation projects. The results of the analysis confirm the important role of new generation textbooks in significantly improving the quality of education through a competency-based approach, the integration of innovative technologies, multimedia resources, and adaptation to international standards. At the same time, it emphasizes the need to strengthen transparency in management processes, improve the criteria for qualimetric assessment, expand the stages of experimental testing, and continuously enhance teachers' qualifications. Taking into account the relevance of educational reforms, the article also covers future strategic plans within the framework of the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy, their practical outcomes and forecasts.
