This article analyzes the reasons for the designation of non-property enforcement documents, defines their composition, and examines the legal framework and practical aspects of their enforcement. It also addresses the workload of state enforcement officers during the enforcement of non-property claims, as well as the time and scope of work required. Furthermore, the article examines international best practices related to the enforcement of non-property enforcement documents, analyzes existing challenges in law enforcement practice, proposes solutions, and formulates relevant conclusions and proposals.
