This article identifies certain gaps in legislation related to ensuring the rights and freedoms of lessees when subleasing agricultural land plots that are in use or put into use within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also outlines proposals for eliminating these gaps and examines the purpose and significance of prosecutorial oversight.
