In 2023, a new Chapter XXIV titled "Advocacy" was added to the newly revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This addition signifies that the role of lawyers has been elevated to a new level and the importance of the institution of advocacy in society has increased. This article provides a comprehensive discussion on the activities of lawyers and the recent innovations in their field.
