This thesis explores the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards within Uzbekistan's legal system. It reviews the regulations that govern this process, with a particular focus on the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on International Commercial Arbitration. This law serves as the primary framework for ensuring the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Additionally, the thesis examines the steps an applicant must take to enforce an award in the Uzbek national court system and outlines the grounds on which the court may refuse recognition and enforcement.
