The implementation of procedural actions in cases of customs violations is currently one of the most pressing issues in protecting the economic interests of our country. The article analyzes issues related to the implementation of certain procedural actions by customs authorities in criminal cases. The authors advance the idea that reducing the level of social danger of an act and the offender can be achieved by providing a detailed description and proper application of procedural actions established by criminal procedural legislation, thereby effectively preventing real damage to the economic security of the state.
