This article analyzes the conceptual foundations of the German Ausbildung system and proposes an organizational and didactic model for its integration into the vocational education system of Uzbekistan. It highlights mechanisms for aligning the Lernfeld (learning field) concept and learning outcomes with labor market requirements. Based on the results of a pedagogical experiment, the article presents scientifically grounded conclusions regarding the effectiveness of dual education and the implementation of digital technologies (BIM, VR).
