This article analyzes the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of implementing ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) standards in the vocational education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on technical colleges (texnikums). The author substantiates the necessity of shifting from the traditional educational paradigm to a “Student-Centered Learning” model. The article examines the modularization of educational content (“systemic quantization”), a differentiated methodology for calculating study loads in credits, innovative mechanisms for organizing independent learning, and the rating assessment system (GPA). Furthermore, scientifically grounded recommendations are developed for establishing Registrar Office activities and ensuring academic mobility. The research results contribute to improving the quality of vocational education in line with international standards and to the preparation of competitive personnel.
