This article analyzes the pedagogical conditions for implementing a dual education system in the training process of preschool education organization educators in vocational education institutions (technicums). The author substantiates the advantages of the dual approach in addressing the “competence gap” inherent in traditional education. The article highlights organizational and managerial mechanisms (social partnership, flexible scheduling) as well as didactic and methodological mechanisms (integrated programs, “learning–work tasks,” and a mentorship system) for the effective organization of dual education. Furthermore, an improved system for assessing the professional competencies of future educators is presented, along with the results of a pedagogical experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed methodology on the basis of statistical data.
