This article provides an in-depth investigation of the theoretical, methodological, and conceptual foundations for integrating digital technologies into the management of the newly established vocational education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on the activities of technicums. Within the framework of the study, the author defines the concept of a “digital management environment” and systematically analyzes its architecture, functional components, and didactic capabilities. The main focus is placed on the development of professional competencies among technicum students through the use of Knowledge Management technologies in the context of the knowledge economy, as well as on monitoring the effectiveness of the educational process and developing digital mechanisms for assessing the performance of teaching staff. Furthermore, the article formulates scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for the practical implementation of management decision-making models based on Big Data analysis.
