This study analyzes the impact of digital technologies on the development of core competencies in traditional craftsmanship. The research involved 180 artisans and 45 teachers selected from the Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara regions. Results indicated that virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies improved craftsmanship skills by 73%, 3D modeling techniques increased efficiency by 68%, and digital portfolio systems accelerated professional development by 81%. Correlation analysis revealed a strong relationship (r=0.84) between the use of digital tools and competency development. In the experimental group, the quality of handicraft products was rated 52% higher compared to the control group, where traditional methods were applied. The findings confirm that digital technologies can be successfully integrated with traditional craftsmanship, and this synergy plays a crucial role in the development of professional skills.
