This article examines methods for motivating students to engage in sports, analyzes factors influencing their interest in physical activity, and offers practical recommendations for increasing youth involvement in sports activities. Special attention is given to the role of educational institutions, coaches, and the social environment in fostering a healthy lifestyle among students.
