This article analyzes the evolution of political and legal mechanisms for ensuring environmental safety in Uzbekistan from 1992 to 2025. The process is traced from the Constitution to special laws, state programs, and international obligations, highlighting three stages: the establishment of a legal foundation, implementation of control and detailed regulations, and the development of strategic concepts and international integration periods.
