This article reveals the specifics of the international legal regulation of the protection of the rights of migrant workers. The study examines the theoretical and international legal foundations for the protection of the rights of migrant workers. Proposals are made to improve the mechanisms for protecting the rights of migrant workers. The main instruments of state regulation of international migration are considered.
