Annotatsiya

The study examined the scientific and practical experience of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of sports regarding the use of non-standard exercises (similar to sports-specific ones) to improve the physical fitness of handball players, as well as scientific and theoretical information presented in the literature. Based on the analysis of handball players' training process, the study demonstrates the methods of assessing the impact of non-standard exercises on their bodies and the direct enhancement of these exercises' role in developing physical fitness. During the research, instead of the usual general physical training loads, special exercises from the sport of rugby were utilized.
