This article addresses issues of ensuring the rule of law, protecting the legal rights and interests of claimants, especially children's rights, identifying and compelling individuals deliberately evading the execution of court and other official decisions, as well as discussing current problems in legislation and practice. Additionally, recommendations for improving this legal institution are put forward.
