Annotatsiya

This article comparatively analyzes the characteristics and trends of violent crimes committed by women in Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation from a legislative and criminological perspective. The study examines the socio-demographic and psychological profiles of female offenders, their motives for committing crimes, and specific features of penalties applied to women. Differences and commonalities in the criminal legislation of both countries, as well as trends in judicial practice, are considered. The article also highlights existing programs and proposals for the prevention and rehabilitation of female offenders.
