This article examines the principle of determinism as a methodological foundation for the study of religious studies. Various manifestations of religion are systematized based on unity, reflecting integrity, interconnectedness, relative stability, and the harmony between religious beliefs and secular knowledge. The philosophical principle of determinism allows for a comprehensive consideration of the criteria for classifying religious teachings and doctrines in accordance with standard and practical curricula for the study of religious studies in higher education institutions.
