The article examines the issue of socialization in preschool children with early childhood autism syndrome through the incorporation of play therapy aimed at subsequent acquisition of sensorimotor experience. The author analyzes four types of games: individual, didactic, role-playing, and rule-based games. Each of these games performs specific developmental functions, contributes to social adaptation, facilitates the acquisition of important social experiences, and enhances the social significance of a child with developmental peculiarities.
