The article provides a legal analysis of the legislation regulating the circulation of crypto-assets. It discusses the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code and the requirements of relevant instructions. Proposals for improving the legislation are presented, and certain concepts are analyzed. The main focus is identifying gaps and formulating legal recommendations.
