The article presents a legal analysis of legislation regulating the circulation of crypto-assets. Issues related to the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code and instructional requirements were discussed. Proposals for supplementing the legislation were provided, and certain concepts were analyzed. The main focus was on identifying gaps in this area and formulating legal recommendations.
