This article analyzes the content of the technology of professional reflection, its role in forming a conscious attitude toward one’s profession among students, and the pedagogical conditions for its integration into the educational process. It interprets the ideas of self-awareness, diligence, and devotion to the profession—put forward in the works of Eastern thinkers Ahmad Yassavi, Alisher Navoi, Abdulla Avloni, and Abdurauf Fitrat—as the spiritual and philosophical roots of modern pedagogical reflection technology. The article also scientifically substantiates the role of practical exercises, motivational approaches, and self-analysis methods in the development of students’ professional competence.
