This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of reforms implemented in the public administration system. It examines issues related to improving governance efficiency, the introduction of digital technologies, and human capital development. The administrative reforms carried out in Uzbekistan during 2017–2025 are reviewed and compared with international experience. The study highlights approaches to strengthening public administration to promote transparency, accountability, and the protection of citizens’ interests.
