This article examines the primary mechanisms for legal protection of tourism service consumers in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It reveals the legal foundations for regulating tourism activities, analyzes typical violations by tour operators and travel agents, and explores the procedures for pre-trial and judicial dispute resolution. Special attention is given to the role of pre-trial claims and the importance of properly formulated contracts. The material can be beneficial for both consumers and representatives of tourism companies.
