This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing the professional competence of pedagogical personnel in the context of educational transformation. The study examines the components of pedagogical competence, methods for its development, and strategies aligned with modern educational requirements. Based on a comparative analysis, international experiences are reviewed, and effective approaches for enhancing the professional competence of teachers within Uzbekistan’s education system are proposed.
