This article discusses the civil law regulation of relations concerning precious stones and precious metals in circulation, highlighting the importance and relevance of this field. It addresses the conclusion, amendment, and termination of contracts related to these types of objects as a form of civil law agreement, as well as the creation of electronic databases about them. Furthermore, the article explores issues of creating opportunities for entities involved in this sector to utilize certain benefits and preferences established by law. As a result of the research conducted within the framework of this topic, scientific and theoretical proposals for further improvement of the industry are presented.
