This article examines the development of professional skills and personal qualities among higher education students through volleyball, physical culture, physical education, health promotion, and physical development. It also proposes teaching methods based on a new approach to promoting a healthy lifestyle and outlines ways to become a mature professional in the field of pedagogy.
