The development of artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly influencing the judicial system, becoming an integral part of the digital transformation of justice. Modern technologies, such as automated document analysis, prediction of court decisions, and optimization of court operations, contribute to expediting legal proceedings, reducing the workload on judges, and minimizing human factor impact. This study examines the potential of AI in judicial proceedings, as well as its role in combating corruption. One of the main problems in the judicial system remains corruption, manifesting in biased case distribution, bribery, and conflicts of interest. The article analyzes how AI can help mitigate these risks through transparent algorithms, automatic case assignment, and predictive analytics. However, the use of AI also poses certain threats: the possibility of algorithm manipulation, the difficulty in understanding AI decisions, and the emergence of ethical issues. Drawing on international experience, the article proposes recommendations for implementing AI in the judicial system of Uzbekistan. These include developing clear legislation, ensuring algorithm transparency, testing pilot projects, and training specialists to work with digital technologies. Thus, AI can become a crucial tool for improving the effectiveness of justice and fighting corruption; however, its application requires a comprehensive approach that encompasses not only technological but also legal, organizational, and ethical aspects.
