Important requirements that gymnasts must fulfill in order to rejuvenate their competitive age require an increase in the volume and intensity of training loads. This does not always allow us to solve the full range of pedagogical tasks set before the requirements of gymnastics. However, the use of high-intensity exercises requires special attention in the process of physical training of young athletes.
