This article analyzes the reforms aimed at further developing the housing construction sector, as reflected in the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 27, 2025 (PF–11). The document includes measures to improve mechanisms for attracting funds based on shared participation, introduce escrow accounts to ensure investment security, and widely apply energy-efficient construction materials. These measures contribute to legal protection, improving the investment climate, and ensuring environmental sustainability in the construction sector.
