Cloud technologies today are gradually entering the sectors and branches of the economy, their ease of use and cost-effectiveness lead to a further increase in the population's need for their use. It should be noted that interest in cloud technologies was officially shown by the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018 and was initially used by e-commerce participants. However, in the further development of these technologies, cyber attacks are a serious obstacle, in particular, today contractual relations for the provision of cloud technology services are not sufficiently regulated in our legislation, information security in contractual relations is still considered problematic in practice. In particular, an agreement between an operator or provider and a user (subscriber) who is a party to an agreement for the provision of cloud technology services must comply with Articles 703-708 of the Civil Code, otherwise the agreement contradicts Article 116 of the Civil Code and, in accordance with the requirements of Article 114 of the Civil Code, should be declared invalid.
