In this article, the opinions of legal scholars who commented on the concept of administrative punishment were deeply analyzed, and the author developed a tariff for administrative punishment. In addition, the experience of foreign countries on the types of administrative punishment was studied, and proposals were developed to add new punishments to the types of administrative punishment.
