This article analyzes theoretical approaches and their characteristics based on methods of control and verification of compliance with workers' labor rights. Additionally, a scientific analysis of legal scholars' theoretical perspectives is conducted, emphasizing the differences between the institutions of "control and verification of compliance with occupational safety requirements" and "control and verification of compliance with workers' labor rights".
