The family is a fundamental unit of society, and its well-being directly influences the development of both society and the state as a whole. A key member of the family is the woman, who plays the roles of both wife and mother, while also taking on various household responsibilities. However, women are not always granted all the rights established in international and national legislation. In this context, the protection of women's rights and legitimate interests has become a significant issue at both international and national levels. This article seeks to analyze the normative legal acts aimed at ensuring the constitutional rights and legitimate interests of women, while also strengthening their role within the family and in society as a whole.
