The article analyzes the approach of Togluk Temurkhan, the Mongol Khan of Movarunnahr in 1360, and the actions of local rulers (beys) in response to this invasion. Based on historical sources, the reactions of the Movarunnahr region to the Mongol invasion can be divided into three distinct groups.
