Recent years are characterized by the use of new forms of interstate relations in the foreign policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including mechanisms of public or public diplomacy. This can be traced on the example of Uzbek-Russian cooperation, which is based on a number of agreements, including on strategic partnership. The friendly nature of the relationship between the Presidents of the countries is of particular importance. Various indicators demonstrate the highest level of relations between Uzbekistan and Russia, the deepening of strategic partnership. In particular, according to sociological data, entrepreneurs support a course towards the development of Uzbek-Russian relations. As another step towards further expansion of relations between the countries in the political sphere is inter-party cooperation between UzLiDeP and the United Russia party. The parties signed a memorandum of cooperation.
