This article examines the emergence and development of the light industry in Uzbekistan, as well as the problematic aspects associated with this process. Particular attention is paid to the formation of the personnel structure in the industry, issues of providing enterprises with qualified specialists, and conflict situations arising in the process of personnel training. Historical analysis of these issues is carried out based on scientific sources.
