In this article, the author studied and analyzed the opinions of legal scholars on issues of social protection and social security, and also revealed the content and essence of concepts related to the social protection of employees of internal affairs bodies and their social guarantees. At the same time, the essence of social protection and social security of employees of internal affairs bodies was outlined, the legal characteristics of which were disclosed in detail.
