Annotatsiya

The main objective of this study is to obtain high quality healthy oil through in-depth study of sunflower and black sesame oil. The article presents the physicochemical properties of the tested samples of sunflower oil. A sample of sunflower oil was taken, and its physicochemical properties were experimentally determined: density, saponification number, iodine and acid number. Sunflower oil density data can be accurately estimated using saponification number and iodine number or an empirical equation. Various literature sources on the study of black sesame oil have been reviewed, and experiments are being conducted on the chemical composition of the oil.
