This article analyzes the importance of labor protection, its legal basis, order, characteristics and technological processes, and also studies the opinions of scientists. The conditions of labor protection and work in foreign countries were also considered. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of international regulatory documents in the labor protection system, in particular the conventions of the International Labor Organization, about the fact of the Republic of Uzbekistan joining a number of international conventions and about the integration of these documents into national legislation.
