This article is devoted to the search and analysis of the origins of innovation in Russian literature of the XIX century. The key figure is the writer A. Nekrasov. The author of the article analyzes examples of innovative approaches and classical traditions using the example of famous writers and their works. The purpose of the study is to expand knowledge about literary processes and their influence on social and cultural movements. Innovation in literature involves the introduction of new ideas, styles, genres and methods that enrich the literary art and open new perspectives for both authors and readers. It allows literature to remain relevant and alive, reflect contemporary issues and arouse the interest of readers. Innovative works inspire other authors to seek new ways of expression and provide readers with works close to modernity. This article is dedicated to the search and analysis of the origins of innovation in Russian literature of the 19th century. The search paths lead to the work of the writer A. Nekrasov. The author analyzes examples of innovative approaches and classical traditions using the example of famous writers and their works. The purpose of the study is to expand knowledge about literary processes and their influence on social and cultural movements. Innovation in literature means introducing new ideas, styles, genres, and methods that enrich the literary art and open up new perspectives for both the author and the teacher. It allows literature to remain relevant and alive, reflect contemporary issues and arouse the interest of readers. Innovative works can inspire other authors, helping them to find new ways of expression, and provide readers with works that are relevant to our time.
