This study analyzes the role of political will in the process of combating corruption in the judicial system. Based on the premise that corruption in the judicial system seriously undermines the rule of law, justice and the rule of law, the study aims to identify the mechanisms through which political will can influence the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
