The criminal procedural legislation of our country establishes the limits of the powers of investigative authorities, which provide investigators with ample opportunities for the prompt and rapid detection of crimes and their prevention. These powers allow you to take measures to conduct a full, comprehensive, and impartial preliminary investigation, as well as the examination of evidence.
