Literary translation is the process of transferring literary works from one language (the original language) to another language (the target language). Translating literary works from English into Uzbek faces unique challenges and challenges. This study is devoted to the study of linguistic, cultural, and stylistic problems that arise when translating English literary works into Uzbek. Literary translators need to preserve the meaning of the text, the style of the author and the aesthetic value of the work. The study examines the various strategies, methods and techniques used in the translation process, as well as the key skills and knowledge required for successful literary translation. This study serves as a practical guide for literary translators, helping them overcome difficulties encountered in the translation process.
